Teachers and staff are an essential part of our PTO community! Joining the PTO helps strengthen the partnership among families, educators and our school. Your membership also helps us continue providing classroom resources, staff appreciation and programs that benefit the entire Askew community.
Classroom Resources & Funding Requests
Have an idea that would benefit your students or classroom? We welcome funding and purchase requests from Askew teachers and staff.
You may also browse the Scholastic Dollars catalog for books, learning materials and other classroom resources. When you find something that would support your students, submit a request for PTO review.
Please provide as much information as possible when submitting your request, including the purpose, estimated cost and anticipated benefit to Askew students. All requests are subject to PTO review and available funding.
Continuing Education Scholarships
The PTO offers scholarships to help Askew teachers and staff participate in continuing-education opportunities.
Scholarship funds may be applied toward registration or participation costs for an approved course, conference, workshop or other educational event. Scholarships do not cover lodging, meals or transportation.
Recipients are expected to bring their learning back to Askew by sharing a brief written or verbal report about the experience and how it may benefit our students, classrooms or school community.

Staff Appreciation
We love spoiling our All-Star staff! Throughout the year, the PTO provides appreciation events, treats, surprises and other reminders of how much your work means to Askew families.
